An ambitious group of contestants compete to win it all on everyone’s favorite TV show, “Game On!” Charismatic host Monty Price and his Vanna White-like assistant Gillian Van Ness guide three contestants – sweet retiree Grace, free spirit Natalie, and risk-averse Felix – through the rounds of a high-stakes contemporary game show. The game is presided over by an enigmatic, unseen Executive, who has some mystical tricks up her sleeve. By the end of the night, the game show has come to represent not just televised competition, but life itself, in which the choices we make and chances we take ultimately define our happiness.
Game On was commissioned by the Pittsburgh CLO and was developed in their Spark Festival for small musicals. It had it’s world premiere at the Greer Cabaret Theater in Pittsburgh in November 2018.
